Website and blog

The website provides information about French language classes, learning resources, announcements, and blog articles. Blog posts and other materials are provided for general educational and informational purposes and may not always reflect the latest syllabus, examination rules, or class availability.

You may view and use the content for personal, non-commercial learning. You must not copy, republish, reproduce, sell, modify, or distribute our text, lesson materials, graphics, branding, or other content without prior written permission.

Student registration

Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date. A student or, where appropriate, a parent or legal guardian is responsible for providing correct student name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and other requested details. Providing a registration form does not by itself guarantee admission or a place in a particular class.

Class schedules, locations, fees, teacher availability, and course arrangements may change. Final details will be confirmed directly with the student or parent/guardian before joining.

Classes and future LMS

Students are expected to communicate respectfully, follow class rules, attend as agreed, and avoid sharing another student's personal information or learning materials. A student LMS may be provided through a separate subdomain in the future. LMS access, login credentials, acceptable use rules, and any additional service terms may apply when it launches.

Fees, registration and refunds

A registration fee of Rs. 2,000 is charged to confirm a student's place in a class. This registration fee, and all monthly class fees paid, are non-refundable — including where a student withdraws, is absent, or does not complete a course.

Class fees for a given month must be paid on or before the 11th of that month. Fees may change from time to time; the fee applicable at the time of enrolment or renewal will be communicated to the student or parent/guardian directly, before payment is due.

If a payment is transferred to us by mistake — the wrong amount, a duplicate payment, or a payment not intended for us — a refund of that specific mistaken transfer may be requested by providing valid proof of the payment together with a copy of the payer's National Identity Card (NIC).

Students facing genuine financial difficulty may submit a valid supporting document to request a special discounted fee, which, if approved, applies for the remainder of the course. Submitting a false or fraudulent document, or otherwise attempting to obtain a discount dishonestly, will result in the student being removed from the class without prior notice. This concession exists because our aim is to help capable students continue their education and grow into valuable contributors to the country — and it is protected against misuse for that same reason.

This website does not currently provide online checkout or sell courses, products, or subscriptions. Fees and payment arrangements are confirmed through the registration or direct contact process, not through an online purchase, and these terms do not create an online purchase contract where no such purchase has been made.

Changes and responsibility

We may update the website, blog, classes, schedules, content, or these terms without prior notice. We may suspend or remove content or access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, safety, administration, or misuse.

To the extent permitted by law, French Avenue Masterclass is not responsible for loss or inconvenience caused by reliance on general website information, temporary unavailability, changes to schedules, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
