About French Avenue Masterclass

Why we exist

French Avenue Masterclass is a small French language institute. We teach Sri Lankan students preparing for O/L and A/L examinations, and adults starting from zero.

Alongside the classes, we publish French learning material free of charge, so that a student who cannot join a class can still make progress.

Your teacher

Ms. Shenya Wanninayake

French Language Educator

Shenya teaches French in the Sri Lankan government school system and privately. Her degree in French and Tourism Management is paired with a master of arts in Linguistics, which is why her classes spend as much time on how the language works as on what to memorise for the paper. Many students simply call the classes "French with Shenya."

Vision

To become a French language institute Sri Lankan learners trust — one that builds real confidence and fluency, not just examination marks.
